Preliminary claim
This preliminary claim form is used to notify IAG Cargo of potential loss, damage, or delay to a shipment.

Formal claim
This form is used to submit a full claim to IAG Cargo for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

Billing disputes
Use this form to report and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies with IAG Cargo invoices.
